My stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt had its ups and downs. The staff were consistently attentive and accommodating, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. However, the hotel feels somewhat worn out, and my room had a few maintenance issues that detracted from my comfort. Overall, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city.
